Masterfilter APKM series absolute multi-layered polypropylene cartridges combines depth filter technology with pleated filter technology, ensure high contaminant holding capacity and large filtration area. APKM construction adopts depth filter technology of graded pore-size avoiding filter surface jam. Graded pore-size distribution from coarse (upstream) to fine (downstream) can remove particles, colloids and gels gradually and extend filter’s service life.

Masterfilter APKV is a pre-stabilisation filter has been developed for the reduction of microbial and colloidal contamination in the processing of bottled and mineral water and also protecting the service life of the final membrane filters. Constructed from a unique multilayer of Polypropylene and PVDF nanofibers, the absolute rated APKV filters offer high flow rate and optimized graded density, facilitating the reduction of a range of microorganisms, colloids and polymorphous organic matter depending on the source of the water. Masterfilter HPK nominal rated, high flow pleated polypropylene cartridges are made of all polypropylene pleated microfiber. These cartridges providing great filtration performance at lower cost. Masterfilter IFGG series filter housings are manufactured for filtration of gases. They are available in 2.5, 5 mini, 5, 10, 20 and 30 inches lengths. Masterfilter MBC is a high flow polypropylene (PP) melt blown filter cartridge without core. It is fusing and intertwined of polypropylene resin without any chemical glues. The cartridges are thermal bond at random to form 3D micro pore which will make the cartridge 3 layers with fine fibres in surface and coarse fibres and deep filtration. Large diameter extends to very high filtration surface area and high flow rate.

Masterfilter MBK-A absolute rated polypropylene cartridges are constructed by 5-8 graded layers. MBK-A offers consistent retention characteristics and a high level of security that is enhanced by the option to connect o-ring seal adapters on the cartridge.

Masterfilter PESE filter cartridges feature a unique single layer, asymmetric hydrophilic polyethersulphone membrane. Masterfilter PESS filter cartridges manufactured with perfectly hydrophilic polyethersulfone symmetric membranes are specially designed to provide high flowrate with secure and reliable removal of spoilage microorganisms. Masterfilter PVDN filter cartridges are manufactured from an inherently hydrophilic PVDF membrane that offers a broad chemical and temperature resistance. Characterised by its low protein binding properties, the PVDN series is ideal for bioburden reduction, clarification and sterilisation of pharmaceutical and biological solutions. The PVDN cartridges are available in multiple pore sizes with single-layer PVDF membrane. The membranes are easily wettable and fully integrity testable to meet the pharmaceuticals levels for sterility assurance.

Masterfilter RBC filters are manufactured from fibres bonded together by a resin, thereby creating rigid graded density depth filters. Resin bonded filters are available either as the AP (Acrylic fibre bonded with Phenolic resin) or as the CM (Cellulose fibre bonded with Melamine resin). Bonding the fibres with the resin, creates a rigid pore structure that allows the filter to be used in demanding process conditions, such as high temperatures, high viscosities and with aggressive chemicals.

Masterfilter SDF-P filters cartridges are constructed from 316 stainless steel. The specialties of high strength, corrosion resistance, high dirt holding capacity makes SDF-SP an excellent choice for steam service (or other ultra-fine solids removal applications in both liquid and gas applications). Steam is a utilities medium, used in various industries and the required filtration level of it depends on the application. Especially in food  and beverage industries, the quality demands are ever increasing, because of the steam coming into contact with the same piping and vessels where the end product goes through. Therefor more and more attention go to steam quality requirements with filtration being a key component to it.

Masterfilter SDF-S cylindrical stainless steel wire sintered filters are sintered by multilayer 316 stainless steel wire cloth. The specialties of high strength, corrosion resistance, high dirt holding capacity makes SDF-S an excellent choice for steam service and other ultra-fine solids removal applications in both liquid and gas applications.

Masterfilter SLF-G filter cartridges are composed of super-fine glass micro fiber which has a dirt holding capacity over 90%. They are designed for filtration of air and gas. Due to the high removal efficiency, SLF-G cartridges offer high process security, with high volume gas streams and can withstand high differential pressures at low pressure drop and stringent in-line steam sterilisations.

Masterfilter SLF-L hydrophobic PTFE filter cartridges are composed of hydrophobic PTFE membrane. Its features include exceptional organic and inorganic corrosion resistance and inherently hydrophobicity. They are highly recommended for the pre-filtration and sterile filtration of strong solvents, highly corrosive fluids and strong oxidant fluids.

Masterfilter SLF-T filter cartridges manufactured with permanently hydrophobic PTFE membranes are designed for sterile filtration of air and gas. Due to their permanent hydrophobicity, SLF-T cartridges offer high process security, with high volume gas streams and can withstand high differential pressures and stringent in-line steam sterilisations.
